We take pride in the quality of our pieces. If a piece is to be delivered in an undesired condition the customer will just need to send it back and we will be able to send them a new one.
After being ordered it will take 48 hours to create and package the product. Pick up can be done 2-3 days after the order is placed. If the package is being shipped, please allow local mailing time after the first 48 hours.
